En el mismo mostraremos el Marco Conceptual sobre la Administración de los Recursos Humanos, sus Objetivos, los Principios Administrativos concerniente a ésta función administrativa. Luego en una Reseña Histórica-Evolutiva de los Recursos Humanos, tanto del Sector Público como del Sector Privado de la República Dominicana. Además de plasmar los Objetivos de la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos y su mercado laboral.
